Laboratory inflammatory markers from 1 week ago were erythrocyte sedimentation rate of 66 mm/hr (reference <20 mm/hr), C-reactive protein of 22 mg/dL (reference <2.5 mg/dL), cobalt 0.5 µg/L (reference <0.7 µg/L), and chromium of 0.4 µg/L (reference <0.4 µg/L).
