A 55-year-old male was referred by his primary care physician for evaluation of chronic knee pain. He currently complains of knee pain but is concerned as he was told he had a "bone tumor." The patient smokes 1 pack per day. On physical examination, he has no edema or overlying erythema but has tenderness to palpation diffusely. His neurovascular examination is unremarkable.
