A 62-year-old female that was myelopathic due to severe ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament and cervical kyphosis underwent a three-level corpectomy and anterior cervical fusion using an anterior cage and plate several weeks ago. She is presenting now worsening neck pain and difficulty swallowing. On examination, there are no motor or sensory changes. Recent radiographs are shown in figure A.
