A 63-year-old female, with a history of a Right THA and multiple revisions done many years ago, the last operation was performed 2018, presents with groin pain and swelling. The pain is increasing over the last few months and excruciating, she cannot bear any weight.

Obesity
Arterial Hypertension
Depression
PE
On physical exam, the lateral wound is well healed with redness and swelling. There is fluctuance and swelling over the lateral thigh. Painful arc of motion throughout. WBC, ESR and CRP elevated. Aspiration showed growth of staphylococcus aureus.
