We’ve got big news: We’re reimagining the 32nd Annual Tampa Shoulder Course: Arthroplasty & Sports to provide more hours of diverse hands-on experience in the bioskills lab and a more comprehensive education in shoulder and elbow procedures.
The expert faculty will offer their best tips, tricks, and techniques to help you diagnose and treat common and complex shoulder and elbow conditions such a glenohumeral osteoarthritis, instability with and without bone loss, rotator cuff tears, and upper extremity fractures.
They’ll also address techniques and technologies driving the continuing evolution of shoulder and elbow surgery:
Robotics
Computer navigation
Glenoid augments
Biologics
Custom implants
And they’ll help you navigate your life outside the OR with a new session on wealth management.
Bioskills lab sessions will be woven throughout the 3 days of the course, with each lab reflecting the topics covered in the immediately preceding didactic sessions, including:
Sports and arthroscopy, such as augmentation for rotator cuff repair, instability surgery, and massive cuff tears
Primary arthroplasty, such as enabling technologies, advances in implants for osteoarthritis, subscapularis-sparing TSA, and management of arthroplasty complications
Complex primary and revision arthroplasty, such as advances in management of glenoid deficiency and humeral-sided issues
Elbow and trauma, such as soft tissue management in the elbow, advances in elbow surgery technology, and traumatic shoulder injuries
We’ve also added a session on wealth management to help you navigate your life outside the OR.
