This video show endoscopy of larynx in old man .

He presented with complain of difficulty in swallowing & change in voice since last 1 month .

On endoscopy left vocal cord is immobile & in midline . Pooling of saliva seen in left pyriform fossa .

CT Scan show thickening & narrowing of upper esophagus with anterior displacement of trachea .

Patient will need biopsy of upper esophagus to know diagnosis .
