Dr. Joel M. Matta is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and pelvic reconstruction at The Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colorado. He is the founder and director of the Hip and Pelvis Institute at St. John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California. Dr. Matta has published over 30 articles and studies on advancements in hip replacement, pelvic and acetabular fracture treatment, and periacetabular osteotomy techniques.
