Michelle Cilenti, PT, DPT, OCS, SCS, CSCS, is a double board-certified Clinical Specialist in both sports and orthopedic physical therapy. She completed a sports residency at the Hospital for Special Surgery, where she worked closely with athletes from the Merchant Marine Academy on Long Island. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds coaching certifications in both USA Track and Field Level 1 and the Road Runners Club of America. With over seven years of experience in orthopedic and sports settings, she enjoys treating a wide variety of sports-related injuries, with a special interest in young athletes, including high school and college-aged individuals.
