As an athletic trainer at Kansas City Royals, I apply my skills and expertise in the science and art of athletic training to help the team achieve peak performance and prevent injuries. I work with the coaching staff, the S&C staff, and the players to design and implement individualized and team-based training programs, monitor progress, and provide feedback and guidance. I also help guide injury prevention, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation, using evidence-based practices and protocols. I have been working as an athletic trainer for 8 years, and I have gained valuable experience and knowledge in the field of sports medicine and physical therapy. I am passionate about helping athletes improve their health, fitness, and performance, and I am committed to the mission and values of the Kansas City Royals. I have work at various levels including, the Dominican Republic Complex, Arizona Complex, Low-A Columbia, SC, and High-A Quad Cities, IA.
