Dr. Theodore T. Manson specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery and the treatment of hip and knee arthritis. He received his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in 2002 and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 2007. Dr. Manson pursued advanced training with fellowships at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center and the Hospital for Special Surgery. From 2009 to 2019, he served as an orthopaedic trauma surgeon at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, caring for patients with complex fractures and multi-system trauma. Currently, Dr. Manson focuses on treating patients with arthritis, offering a range of treatments from early interventions to joint replacement surgery. He practices primarily at University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center and is a member of the University of Maryland Joint Network. Dr. Manson's clinical and research interests include direct anterior hip replacement, early treatment of knee arthritis, and joint replacement after previous fractures.
