Dr. Robert G. Najarian is a board-certified orthopedic and sports medicine surgeon with over 18 years of experience. He specializes in treating the knee, shoulder, and elbow, as well as all sports-related injuries. His areas of focus include knee cartilage and ligamentous injuries, shoulder instability and rotator cuff repair, and elbow injuries in throwing athletes (Tommy John Surgery). Dr. Najarian has been named a Washingtonian Top Doctor since 2016 and serves as an adjunct orthopedic faculty member for Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Georgetown University, and the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He is also the associate team physician for the Washington Nationals (MLB).
