Duncan serves as the Vice Chair for Administrative Affairs and Director of Administration for Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at the University of Florida College of Medicine, Co-Director of the UF Health Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Institute, and also serves as the Administrator for PT/OT Services at UF Health Shands Hospitals. He holds an adjunct clinical lecturer appointment in the University of Florida Department of Physical Therapy.
