Biography

Dr. Juraj Zahatnansky is a non-surgical sports medicine physician at Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the Third Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at Western Michigan University. Prior to joining Genesis, he spent six years in the orthopedics department at Advocate Aurora Health, caring for collegiate and high school athletes. He also holds a bachelor's degree from Cornerstone University. Dr. Zahatnansky enjoys spending time with his family, often engaging in sporting activities.
