Biography

Dr. Roger D. Dainer is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in arthroscopic reconstructive surgery of the shoulder and knee. He joined Tri-Valley Orthopedic Specialists in 1990 after 10 years of U.S. Naval Service. Dr. Dainer is also a Qualified Medical Evaluator/Agreed Medical Evaluator (QME/AME) with extensive experience in evaluating and treating Workers’ Compensation injuries.
