Andy O. Miller, MD, an Associate Attending Physician in infectious diseases and internal medicine at HSS since 2010, is also Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Cornell Medical School. Dr. Miller received his B.Sc. at Yale College and his MD at Harvard Medical School. He then trained in internal medicine at Columbia-Presbyterian and in infectious diseases at NYU.
From 2007 to 2010 Dr. Miller was an infectious diseases specialist at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center. He is the author of several peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Miller provides consultative and perioperative services to patients at HSS. He is developing clinical research programs to study infections in patients receiving new biologic agents for rheumatologic disease, and to study outcomes of patients with surgical bone/joint infections.
