HPI - Pain and swelling in the left mid finger since 9 months. Initially mobile pip jt but now the motion is restricted.had gone to seek medical advice for similar condition 8 months back where she was given dmards and antiinflammatory for 8 weeks. Her past ra factor s uric acid tc dc esr are within the normal range. Her consistent lab findings are decreased haemoglobin 7.6 initialy to 9 gm% now.
What is the most likely diagnosis?
HPI - Gradual onset of pain in the hand, continous at present, difficult to hold an object in the palm

HPI - Pain ulnar aspect right wrist from 6 months, no trauma,no fever, no other significant history, patient unable to carry weight, And from 3 last months also difficulty in writing
Diagnosis and Management
HPI - Transfer from a peripheral unit with slab with the history of Motorcycle crash with another motorcycle,about 70km/h each.
painful swelling of R/knee and unable to walk.
No other significant injury.
