Nondisplaced periprosthetic distal femur fracture 82F

HPI

82-year-old female present to the ED following a ground level fall. Patient is s/p right TKA 13 years prior. Ambulates at baseline without assistive devices. Denies any antecedent knee pain prior to fall.

PMH

Hypertension, hyperlipidemia, obesity

PE

+TTP about the right knee without any obvious deformity. Moderate knee effusion. Knee ROM unable to be assessed secondary to pain. Ankle and toes motion full. SILT throughout the foot. 2+ DP pulse with BCR in all toes.
