HPI

5 y/o male patient is brought in with progressive scoliosis. Diagnosis of spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia (SED) is confirmed by genetics.

PMH

SED - diagnosed by genetic testing

PE

Hyperlordotic scoliosis. Pain-free hips with no funcional limitation.
