OA after Pediatric Hip Disease in 42F

HPI

Grew up in Asia. Recalls a childhood hip disease of some sort and being unable to walk normally. Progressive hip and back pain especially over last 5 years. Also with significant limb length discrepancy and limp. Ambulates about a mile per day and would like to be able to do more.

PMH

HLD, hypothyroidism

PE

BMI 25. 4'10" and 120 lbs. Antalgic gait. No assist devices. Right leg 2 cm shorter than left. No prior hip incisions. Hip flexion 70, internal rotation -20, external rotation 20, abduction 20. Pain with hip motion localizes to groin/posterior buttock. Neurovascularly intact distally.
