Cementless TKA in a 68 F

HPI

68 F with long standing left knee pain and varus deformity. She reports pain that interferes with her life daily. Previously, she enjoyed taking long walks with her children and playing pickleball, which she can no longer do secondary to pain. She has failed conservative measures including a corticosteroid injection 4 months ago and several months of PT.

PMH

Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, DM2, Anxiety

PE

Focused exam of the LLE: obvious varus malalignment of the left knee, mild effusion palpable. TTP about the medial joint line. Lacks 10 degrees of full extension, flexes back to 105 degrees. Obvious crepitance with ROM. Knee stable to varus and valgus stress. Motor intact EHL/FHL/GSC. Sensation intact to all distributions of the left foot. PT/DP pulses palpable.
