Unusual Cause of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in 50F

HPI

slowly progressive swelling of insidious onset over rt wrist and palm, dull aching with paresthesia over radial three fingers on domestic activity. associated history anorexia weight loss and low grade fever off and on.

PMH

PE

lobulated fluctuating swelling over rt wrist proximal to retinaculum and distal to retinaculum over thenar and hypothenar eminence.flexion attitude of fingers. phalen`s test positive for carpal tunner syndrome.
