Flexion contracture of the knees

HPI

I have a patient with a bilateral flexion contracture of the knee. Range (-40º to 110º).

PMH

1 Year ago was hospitalized by a pneumonia in an intensive care unit for 40 days he had a stroke with right hemiplegia during the same process. DM2. Has done physical teraphy the past 4 months

PE

Can move his upper extremities without restriction, difficulty and with strength. Hips: Flexion and extension of both mantained Knees: Active flexion 110º. Active extension -50º. Ankles: Flexion and extension of both mantained Thight hamstring are palpated both popliteal fossa. No spasticity.
