HPI

60M p/w 3mo of R anterior inguinal pain and limited mobility. Claims he had no significant symptoms until this past year. Reportedly jogging every day.

PMH

Hypertension, controlled

PE

No clinical deformity, 90 degrees FF, 40 degrees Abduction, + log roll, antalgic gait, requires crutches for ambulation, NVID
