pain in the right hip since few days . no injury walking with a limp

4 yrs ago had surgery in another hospital details unknown. suggestive of fibula strut grafting. no other medical

PE

minimal tenderaness in the lateral aspect of hip.range of motion full range with pain on terminal degrees
