Bilateral Hip Dysplasia in 26-month-old male

HPI

A 2y +2months old male was evaluated for waddling gait.

PMH

Born at term, vertex, normal spontaneous vaginal delivery. Sonographic screening was not performed although his sister required treatment with closed reduction and spica casting for congenital hip dislocation. Normal developmental milestones.

PE

No LLD, no pain, mild waddling, and no limitation in hip ROM.
