Post-Traumatic Hip OA in 51M

HPI

Motor vehicle accident 5 years prior with resultant right acetabular fracture s/p ORIF. Progressive pain and stiffness of right hip, refractory to conservative measures. Can no longer sit in a chair or put socks on.

PMH

HLD, DM2, chronic pain/opioid use

PE

BMI 38. Antalgic gait, uses cane. Well-healed posterolateral hip incision. Pelvic obliquity. Minimal hip ROM, very stiff. Neurovascularly intact distally. No foot drop.
