Hawkins III Talar neck fracture dislocation with a medial malleolus fracture

HPI

28F involved in a head on motor vehicle collision with closed injury to her right ankle. Unable to ambulate from cite of collision secondary to ankle pain.

None

PE

MSK - RLE - skin intact, NVID. Fullness present to posteromedial ankle with body of talus palpable subcutaneously. Ankle without undue swelling, skin wrinkles present.
