15 y/o AIS

HPI

Hx of spine deformity since age of 10. Wore brace for 2 years but had progressive worsening of deformity. Referred for surgical treatment.

PMH

None relevant.

PE

Short trunk, Right side rib hump deformity. No neuro abnormalities.
