2 yo child with PFFD right leg and no femoral head and dysplastic acetabulum.

PMH

Moved from another country 7 months ago.

PE

short thick thigh ROM knee and ankle:full Knee and ankle: stable all lateral rays foot intact ankle is just below the contralateral knee
