This video demonstrates the table-top relocation test. The patient performs pushes up on the edge of a table using one arm, with the forearm in supination. If PLRI is present, apprehension occurs at about 40° of flexion. This is repeated while the examiner’s thumb presses on the radial head, preventing subluxation. If the thumb relieves the apprehension, the test is positive
